Currently we can only deliver inside Hungary.

Parcel delivery steps

The delivery of the order is done by courier service FOXPOST / GLS (within an average 1-3 working days) / Magyar Posta Logisztika, if the goods are available (delivery from the warehouse). In case of payment by bank transfer and by credit card after receipt of the money. We try to process all orders within the shortest time possible, aiming for 1 working day processing and delivery to courier.

Unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery times of our logistics partners, but if we detect a problem, we will take the necessary steps. Our aim is to get our products in your hands and in use as quickly as possible. For logistical reasons we are entitled to make partial deliveries. In this case, we do not charge any additional shipping costs.

The receipt of the product from the courier or the signing of the receipt document confirms the official acceptance of the product. By signing this document, you acknowledge that the package received is physically as intact as expected (no damage to the packaging or the product).
We can only accept properly documented subsequent quantity claims. Everyone can make mistakes, so if you have any comments about the content of your parcel, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the situation together.

In the case of home delivery, if you notice any damage to the product or packaging on receipt, you must ask the courier to make a record of the damage. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged on receipt and the damage occurred before the goods were received, be sure to report it to us immediately and we will deal with the problem. We cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after receipt.
In the case of an order placed in a parcel locker, we will only accept a complaint about a problem confirmed by a photo, which we will handle together with the courier service.

Returns

Changed your mind, or there is something that you don't like? No problem, you have 14 days to use your right of withdrawal, simply send us the goods undamaged to the following address:

After the goods have been returned and processed, if the goods are received complete and undamaged, we will transfer the full purchase price, including delivery charges within 8 working day to the bank account you have provided. You will be liable for the return shipping costs. Any problem may arrise we will certainly try to contact you on the given contact details and try to reach an agreement.

You will find detailed information on the right of withdrawal under point 4.2 of the GTC.
(In case of any legal disputes the Hungarian version shall be considered as a prevailing one.)
